Chung & Romano is a personal-service family law practice.  For over 25 years, Chung & Romano has been resolving both simple and highly-complex divorces in Silicon Valley and the San Francisco Bay Area.  Kevin Romano and Susan Chung have been a husband and wife team since 1988.

Born in Palo Alto, raised in the Bay Area, Kevin has practiced law in the Bay Area since 1984. 

 

During law school, Kevin was a law clerk for the Honorable Clinton White, Presiding Justice of the California Court of Appeal and was a member of winning team in the statewide Roger Traynor Moot Court Competition. Kevin has been an adjunct professor of Family Law and Community Property at his alma mater, UC Hastings College of the Law, since 2007.

 

As a trial attorney, Kevin has prevailed in matters concerning spousal support, child support, property, premarital and marital property agreements, sanctions and move-away custody cases.

He is also available for appellate matters in family law cases.

Born in Korea and raised in Los Angeles, Susan has lived in San Francisco since 1981 and has practiced law in the Bay Area since 1987.

 

​Susan was a medical social worker prior to becoming a lawyer. She has a reputation as being "aggressive, realistic, strong, knowledgeable, and caring." Susan has been dedicated to family law for over 20 years, and has settled and litigated several hundred divorces and post-judgment proceedings. Her emphasis is on complex custody and vistation cases.

 

Susan is a published author and loves to cook and play piano in her spare time.
